Haiku Monday

I can't pretend I'm going to be daily. Monday's are particularly busy but I can strive to update you with a weekly post accounting for my weekend. In 17 syllables. (Plus, I just really love Haikus.)

Comfy, couch class time.
Hot summer walks. Hitchcock night.
Chair paint. Snuggle-fest.

And now for more fun. Please share your Haiku with me.

I have never, ever done a Haiku...so what is the layout? 3 lines - 5-7-5, right?

Let's see:
Smoldering wig stench
Let's not tie our shoelaces
Kick me, win a prize!

Did I actually make a Haiku?!

My tusk hurts. A haiku.

That poor elephant
Walks blindly, into a tree.
He could use a drink.

Have never written a haiku.

Come visit my blog;
It might make you smile a bit.
Then again, might not.

Thanks for the challenge... haven't done this since grade school and I won't say how long that has been!

Change came here today.
Please come again tomorrow.
Fear won't stop me now.

Fall Haikus

Crisp cool gentle breeze
Air of September is here
Love this time of year

Summer fun winds down
Changes come with falling temps
I'm still on a boat!

Ok, it's late, I can't sleep, and I have not drank nearly enough wine for these to be any good, but I felt the need to contribute.
